At Naleya Wear, we take great care in packaging your order and shipping it quickly and securely via our trusted shipping partner PostNL. Below you’ll find all relevant information regarding shipping costs, delivery times, and other important shipping details.
1. Shipping Costs - Netherlands
- €4.95 for orders under €100
- Free shipping for orders of €100 and above
European Union (EU countries)
- €12.95 for orders under €150
- Free shipping for orders of €150 and above
International (outside the EU)
- Flat rate of €19.95
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on your location.
2. Delivery Times
- The Netherlands & Belgium: 1–3 business days
- EU countries: 3–7 business days
- International (outside the EU): 10–15 business days
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a PostNL tracking code once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Partner
All orders are shipped with PostNL. For international deliveries, PostNL works with reliable local delivery partners in the destination country.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (CET) on business days are usually processed the same day. During high traffic periods such as holidays or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping details are entered correctly during checkout. Naleya Wear is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information. If you made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at

6. Missing Package
- The Netherlands: If your package hasn’t arrived within 5 business days, please contact us.
- International: If your package hasn’t arrived within 15 business days, feel free to reach out — we’ll be happy to assist you.
7. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the customs office in the destination country.

Our goal is to process all orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, to ensure a smooth and timely delivery. During busy seasons, such as holidays or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Tracking
All orders will be shipped with a Track & Trace code, ensuring you can track your package at any time. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Delivery fees
Delivery fees depend on the order total and destination. We offer free shipping on orders over €100 within the Netherlands. For orders within the European Union we offer free shipping over €150.
